These Terms of Use govern your use of the MELTED Bakehouse website and the purchase of our desserts operated by CRAFTERS & CO.. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should place the order.

Account
Checkout with items in your bag requires sign-in via email OTP. You must provide a valid mobile number for delivery and waitlist alerts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your email, phone, and delivery details.

Products
We sell eggless artisanal desserts, baked to order for pan-Mumbai delivery. Product pages show story, ingredients, weight, and allergens where listed. See our Allergen & Eggless Policy (/allergens) for kitchen practice. Images are illustrative; handmade batches can vary slightly.

Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). The amount charged is confirmed by our server quote at checkout (subtotal + delivery fee). You may pay online via Razorpay or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) where offered. Online payment is processed by Razorpay; card / UPI secrets are not stored by MELTED.

Delivery (Mumbai)
We deliver pan-Mumbai only in v1 (no pincode matrix). Delivery fees (current rules): • Your first order: free delivery • Later orders: ₹49 if bag subtotal is under ₹499; free delivery at ₹499 and above Timing depends on kitchen load and courier. We will SMS when your order is out for delivery when that path is configured.

Refunds and cancellation
Because items are baked to order, cancellation and refunds follow our Refunds & Cancellation Policy (/refunds). Please read it before you pay.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with payments or kitchen systems, scrape in a way that harms the service, or place fraudulent orders.

Intellectual property
MELTED branding, site design, product photography, and copy are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, MELTED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, courier issues outside our control, or allergen sensitivity after you were informed via product pages and our allergen policy. Our liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and related rules remain available. Disputes may be raised with our grievance channel or an appropriate consumer forum.
